Due to the nature of our products, including skincare, home care, and consumable items, we do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, personal preference, or incorrect product selection once the order has been delivered. This policy helps us maintain hygiene, safety, and quality standards.

Returns or replacements will be accepted only in cases where the product received is damaged, defective, expired, or incorrect. If you receive such a product, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our support team with your order number and clear images or videos showing the issue.

Upon receiving your request, our team will review the details and verify the claim. If approved, BioUrb will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund, depending on product availability and the nature of the issue. Replacement products, if applicable, will be shipped at no additional cost.

Refunds, when approved, will be processed to the original mode of payment used during purchase. Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider, but typically refunds are completed within 7–10 business days after approval.

Products that have been opened, used, tampered with, or damaged after delivery will not be eligible for return or refund. BioUrb is not responsible for reactions or dissatisfaction resulting from improper use, failure to follow instructions, or individual sensitivities. We recommend reviewing ingredient lists and performing a patch test for skincare products prior to regular use.

In case of delivery failure due to incorrect address details, unavailability of the recipient, or refusal to accept the order, refunds (if applicable) will be processed after deducting shipping and handling charges.
