We currently ship across India. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation, excluding Sundays and public holidays. Once dispatched, delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier partner operations.

Estimated delivery timelines typically range between 3–7 business days for most serviceable locations. However, delivery times are indicative and may be affected by factors beyond our control such as courier delays, weather conditions, regional restrictions, or unforeseen logistical challenges.

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed. BioUrb may offer free shipping on selected products, order values, or promotional campaigns, which will be clearly communicated on the website.

Once your order has been shipped, tracking details will be shared via email or SMS, allowing you to monitor the delivery status. Please ensure that the shipping address, contact number, and delivery details provided at the time of placing the order are accurate. BioUrb will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

In the event of delivery failure due to unavailability of the recipient, incorrect address, or refusal to accept the order, re-shipping charges may apply. If the order is returned to us under such circumstances, refunds (if applicable) will be processed after deducting shipping and handling charges.

While we take utmost care in packaging to prevent damage during transit, BioUrb is not liable for delays or damages caused by courier partners. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images and order details for assistance.
